Welcome to UGC Joy. By using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using UGC Joy.
1. Use of the Website
UGC Joy is a done-for-you creative content agency offering UGC videos, memes, social media content, and ad creatives through a subscription-based model. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the website or services. You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose, upload unauthorized or harmful content, or engage in data mining, scraping, or similar data-gathering activities. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice.
2. Subscription Plans and Billing
UGC Joy offers two subscription plans: Standard (1 request at a time) and Pro (2 requests at a time). Both plans include unlimited requests and are billed on a recurring monthly basis via Stripe.
You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel during an active billing period, you will retain access to the service until the end of that period. Refunds for unused portions of a billing period may be issued at our discretion. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any changes to subscription pricing take effect.
3. Your Account
You can sign in using Google OAuth or email magic links. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and must report any unauthorized access immediately. We may monitor accounts for fraudulent activity and reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms. We may also send you service-related notifications by email.
4. Content Creation Services
Our team creates UGC videos, memes, social media content, and ad creatives on your behalf. We aim for a 24–48 hour turnaround on each request, though this is an estimate and not a guarantee. If you have not submitted a request, we may proactively deliver content based on your brand profile and past preferences to keep your content pipeline active.
5. Ownership of Delivered Content
Once content is delivered, you receive full ownership of all materials created for you. UGC Joy makes no claim of ownership over delivered content. We may use anonymized or non-identifiable versions of delivered content in our portfolio or marketing materials, but only with your consent.
6. Your Brand Assets
By uploading brand assets (logos, images, guidelines, etc.) to UGC Joy, you confirm that you have the necessary rights to use and share those materials. Your brand assets are stored securely and will not be shared with or used for any other client.
7. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Request content that infringes on any third party's intellectual property rights
- Submit or request hateful, discriminatory, or otherwise harmful content
- Impersonate any person, brand, or organization
- Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the service
- Attempt to circumvent plan limits or system restrictions
- Resell or redistribute delivered content as a service without our consent
8. Feedback and Revisions
Both plans include unlimited revisions. We encourage you to provide feedback on every piece of content delivered. Your feedback is used to continuously improve the quality of future deliverables and tailor content to your brand's voice.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, UGC Joy and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is brought.
10. General Provisions

All content on the UGC Joy website, including text, graphics, and logos, is the property of UGC Joy or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
